OK, so I know I've written a review for AHR previously, but generally I only deal with them a few times a year. . I believe it is so important to let the public know about how the company operates and communicates with its' clients in times of stress, inability to keep appointments, or emergencies.
I had an appt for regular winter maintenance last week. AHR is always very conscientious about scheduling the times and keeping them. This conscientiousness was maintained when they called me at least an hour prior to our appt that one of their vehicles had been stolen, and they needed to re-schedule the appt.. they followed up within 2 hours with re-schedule times that totally worked with me.
sometimes it isn't the "one and only job" a business does for you that you rate as part of why you hire a heating and cooling specialist you can trust. . in this case, ( and numerous previous circumstances) AHR has been ours & my extended family's heating and cooling provider for over 30 years, for a very good reason. They respond immediately, they speak with you personally, they explain the problems and solutions fairly and understandably.
