| - I never got in to the door of Allcare, so I am not sure how they interact with people inside, however, I was treated so rudely before I even made it to my scheduled appointment time that I decided to cancel. It took my two phone calls to even make an appointment. The first time I called they were extremely rude, and wouldn't even let me schedule an appointment until all of my paperwork was mailed in, which in a way is understandable, but they didn't even give me the option of faxing it in. Then my mother called, since I myself am not very loud and outspoken when someone is being rude to me, and she finally got an appointment scheduled. Now this appointment was scheduled to be a physical and a well-woman so I wouldn't have to request another day off with my unpredictable work schedule. I just called today to confirm my two appointments and they then told me I would have to make a completely separate schedule for my well-woman because they refused to see me for anything else until my physical was done, and then insisted it was "policy," however, I've never heard of any policy like that. When I had explained to them the situation they just kept repeating that this was their policy and it couldn't be changed. They made everything an uphill battle every chance they got, and I ultimately just go so frustrated that I cancelled my appointment and have since made an appointment elsewhere. I have never been treated so rudely before even walking into an office.
