i don't know if i just had a bad experience because i've been here once. but i definitely recall it being uncomfortable. i came here for the smashing pumpkins show in 2008. we had VIP tickets and were sat in second row. i was pleased with the architecture of the place, it seemed very fitting and theatrical. however, the seating was a different story. my seat was broken and kept tipping back so i had to stand up during the entire concert smashed in-between two heavy set people. there was no room for my legs, they kept banging up against the seat in front of me and everytime i'd try to move back the backs of my knees would hit my broken seat. if i were claustrophobic i'd probably have a panic attack. so without much space to move forward/back & side-to-side i was stuck in a very uncomfortable position. the stage was a good height and acoustics weren't bad. i just wish the seats were more spaced apart in case you ever get stuck (literally) in the same position i was in.
