  • Do not judge a book by its cover. This place looks pretty on the outside yet significantly subpar services. Be prepared to be welcomed with garbage and smell of dog poop (with overflowing dog bins and absent dog poop bags). Customer service is adequate when you do not have an issue. The minute you present them with complaints their attitudes change. If you are a short term tenant, this is the place for you. You will think this is the best place ever with the greatest bang for your back. The minute you start having maintenance issues and any discontent about services you will soon realize you spoke too soon. I NEVER recommended this place to any of my friends. Even people I do not like have not received a referral from me. This should speak volumes if you are a discerning customer.
