  • I purchased a Groupon and CAN NOT get anyone on the phone so I can set an appointment. I've called 4 times and each time I have been placed on hold for so long that I've had to hang up. The 5th time I called, the receptionist didnt even answer the phone, she just sent me directly to the on hold music. I contacted groupon regarding this matter and their EXCUSE was that the facility must be busy. So, now I cannot get my money back for an exchange until the Groupon expires in December. The reviews here must be fake. I wish I would have never decided to choose this business for service and could have made a more informed choice if the reviews were more honest.
