  • I was visiting some relatives and stopped by to drop off a laptop that crashed holding my aunt's customer database files. The tech there was so friendly, letting me know he could take a look at it within the hour and would call with a status update. They called as promised and explained the issues. Luckily all files were recovered, but it would take a little more time to repair and try to get it up and running. I had to return home to FL the next day, but they collected my aunt's info and contacted her the following day. Her laptop was salvageable, and they were even able to walk her through some computer basics and learn how to back up her files! Great customer service.
