  • Wow! I have never trusted a mechanic shop, like I trust Zip Zap Auto. I now recommend them to everyone! My first experience with them was bringing in a old Chrysler I bought cheap and used, thinking it was a good investment as a daily driver, after it started to overheat . Instead of charging me an arm and a leg to diagnose the problem, and then stringing me along for tons of expensive fixes, they gave me the honest answer, that the money was not worth sinking into the car, and charged me nothing. It wasn't good news, but it was honest news, and they earned my respect at that point. Second experience, was bring in my Passat for a full synthetic oil change that ended up costing a good $30 less than any of the big name Lube Shops, awesome, and worth the wait. Then I brought the Passat in for some issues that had been occurring, and they got performed almost $2ooo worth of needed repairs, from engine work, to fixing a door lock, and got it all covered under the warranty that came with the car from the dealer... and in 24 hrs the car was ready to be picked up, 2 days before we were expecting it to be ready (and on the weekend). Incredible!!! If you have dealt with Mechanic shops before, then you know how everything I just said above sounds like a fairy tale, but it's the truth... Zip Zap IS that awesome. When it came to cars, lately I have felt that I couldn't catch a break... But finally I did. Finding Zip Zap Auto has been the best break I could have caught. I can't tell you how good it feels to know that there is a mechanic shop out there that I can trust, and that has earned their reputation on good, honest work. THANK YOU Zip Zap!
