Got my iphone 6 screen repaired a few months ago. My screen more recently started to peel off. Called and spoke to Isaiah and told me that my warranty was up but that he would still take care of me. He secured my screen down and later that day I realized the touch function of my phone was not working. The next day I called him and told him what was going on with my phone. He told me he would not replace the screen for free since I was out of warranty. I told him why is it now that im out of warranty but two days ago it wasnt a problem. He of course realized the problem was due to what he did and refused to take responsibility. He said I dont think it was anything I could have done. There is no such thing as a coincidence.
I did what everybody does- called around to find out who will quote me the cheapest. And they will be one of the cheapest, but I realized going through them was a mistake. Because Isaiah refused to fix my phone for no charge, I ended up paying more than what I would have liked to for a problem he created. If you take your phone to the Apple store, they will refuse to look at your phone if they know a third party changed your screen.
Lesson learned. There is a reason why other places charge a premium because they can stand behind the quality of their work. This guy took my phone out to his car and you never really know if they are actually making matters worse. Go somewhere that actually has a customer service department or a real manager who will take your complaint seriously. Isaiah is a kid and there is no point in complaining to someone who work for themselves. GO TO SOMEONE ETHICAL.
