  • Rom is the best. The first appliance place I contacted said because one of their technicians left, they no longer service LG refrigerators (aren't they all pretty analogous?). I made an appointment with Rom, he came the next day to fix the water line to our fridge. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. About two weeks later, a different part of the hose sprouted another leak (wtf maybe I shouldn't be buying an LG fridge). Rom came back and fixed that leak also, no charge!! Definitely my go-to for appliance repair. Thanks, Rom!
