  • This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car wash. I waited over two hours for an exterior/interior cleaning and for them to shampoo one seat. They half apologized for the wait. They stated they called my car as being ready, and no one responded. (I was the ONLY person in the lobby) I walk out to my car and it wasn't cleaned very well on the inside. For $45, they didn't even wipe down my middle console. The detailer walked back inside to make his unconcerned manager offer a free carwash, but my time is worth way more than the value of the lazy carwash coupon. Best part is that they handed me the wrong key fob for someone else's car and I had to turn around because my key was in the car.
