  • Restaurant review I can see why this place gets some negative reviews. First of all it is expensive. That is not an issue when you eat at a Cold Stone in a mall where it is well lit and lots of foot traffic which makes for a fun dessert experience. Instead this shop is tucked away with a very small store front. I agree with the other reviews that the employee don't seem to happy and sneak off into the back room when no customers are present. There are 3 small tables to sit at. Ordering is rather painless, just check out the board or create your own. Somehow my creations always start melting immediately even before I get to eat it. For 2 regular size creations it will run you close to 12+ dollars which is even more than at your local ice cream shop. All and all the strawberry blonde creation was good except that the size for the love it was smaller than the container. My wife had the same size and hers turned out even smaller. On the plus side we used the HOOKED app which allowed for BOGO around dinner time. Pros: premium mix ice cream dessert Cons: very expensive, my creations always melt at a very quick rate, small seating, poor ambience Hidden deals: 1. Use the Hooked app which gives you additional savings. 2.
