  • Bought unit here About 2 years ago. Am retired and moved from the Northeast cold weather. Love the Sun and desert climate. Admirals Point II is our first gated Community that we live in and couldn't be happier. These are condos that are well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous, as is the pool. We use it lots. Don't like spas, never did, so I don't use it. Could not disagree more with previous reviews. There are cameras, good lighting, and security. Makes us feel safe and secure. It is a quiet complex with many middle aged and older residents. This is exactly what we wanted. Not many kids, no wild parties or drugs, thank God.. Neighbors are friendly and seem to have a lot in common with one another. There are rules as this place has a HOA. Have seen one resident upset with rules but am certain she wasn't following them. She continually was Parking in fire lane and was towed. I was happy to see it as it was ongoing and towing is needed when someone doesn't follow rules. Would buy again here and am totally enjoying our retirement. If you do drugs and don't want to follow rules don't live in a Community with rules because we don't want you..
