John Biggs...I am very pleased with the staff and care! They are terrific with customer service. The only thing that I have a problem with is that they are not paying attention to my past. I have had mono vision prior to seeing them Know I am supposed to be ignorant to the extent of progress. I am seriously considering a fair to poor review because of this. I have had some issues with the surgery, but keep in mind that it was worth it. I will keep hoping that I will not need eye ware soon. Just listen to your patients. Some have had mono vision before. We are aware of the procedure. All in all a as of today I would have this done. I just want others to ask more questions than I thought was necessary. Dr. Rothman is very good don't get me wrong, just ask more questions. John Steve Biggs
