Went to the Clubhouse for an event and was extremely disappointed. Our club had confirmed the number of guests yet they ran out of dessert. I'm not a big dessert person, but that night it looked good (at least on other people's plates). In addition, it was an arranged menu, Italian. They ran out of salad half way through our group going through the buffet line and then took about 10 minutes to bring more. C'mon, you know they were just opening a bag of pre-made salad in the back, how hard could that be?! They also served iceberg lettuce, what is this, 1980? The worst part of the dinner was that the Alfredo sauce tasted burnt and they served it anyway! I watch those cooking shows, even on Kitchen Nightmares they taste their food before it goes out. Maybe the cook did taste it and he just couldn't care less. No quality control what-so-ever and it was pricey! We may golf there again but plan to NEVER eat there again.
