  • Telus was supposed to have internet set up for me when I moved to Calgary from Edmonton. They scheduled an appointment without telling me DURING THE DAY OF THE MOVE. After I arrived on Tuesday, there was no internet till Friday. I had to spend HOURS haggling with them include two very painful hours with the phillipine call center in which the reps were completely clued out and spoke bad english. Unfortunately there is little else other than shaw so one is prettty much screwed when it comes to internet access
