  • MONICA is the worst barista here. She always makes my experience less than stellar, she has a negative demeanor and goes out of her way to make my drink taste horrible. I wish they would get rid of her. This location happens to be the most convenient thus the reason it's hard to give up but after the last experience, I am not returning. I patronize this business repeatedly but my drink is made worse and worse each time. The straw that broke the camels back was when Monica made my drink extremely hot (too hot to even sip) and then poured so much cinnamon in it that it turned to huge clumps in my drink. They need to get rid of this barista and I will continue to have her reported until something is done.
