  • This hairdresser RUINNED my hair. Don't even think of walking in the door. I explained that I needed a root touch up and a few low-lights. She was in such a hurry that she didn't listen. She took the low light and slopped it on all over the first few inches of my hair so that she could get to the next girl waiting - who she scheduled in between my service. She scheduled 3 different people in the middle of my service like a cattle call. My hair came out grey with pink roots which should have been a simple job. She charged me full price and tried to increase the charge.... while I am standing there with ruined hair. Another lady in the salon had to try to fix me so that I could leave without gray hair ( which by the way I am a blond! ) She would not refund a penny, and had no remorse when the manager asked her to refund me. I wound up paying another hairdresser $100 to fix this nightmare lady's work. DO NOT SEE THIS HAIRDRESSER it was the worst salon experience I have had in 30 years of coloring my hair!
