  • Huge props to Epic Escape Room for a professional, well organized and enjoyably run escape room! I'm from Los Angeles and I've played over 28 different rooms. I can say with conviction that Epic Escape Room is part of the elite tier of escape rooms that are challenging without being frustrating, clever in concept, AND exceptionally professional in execution. I was visiting family in Phoenix and I wanted to introduce them to my new obsession. My 12 year old niece was with us and I was pleased that the themes of the rooms were family friendly and the front desk person even commented how there is nothing in their story lines that encourages "stealing", "killing" or anything that wouldn't be considered family friendly. We did "Top Dog" and was told that it is the easiest room with the highest escape rate. Even though we escaped with 19 minutes left, we in no was felt this room was "easy". There were definite stumpers until we had the "aha moment" and I was more than delighted that the 12 year old niece made several discoveries and solved a few puzzles. I must underscore again how professional the feel of the whole company was. From the entry room/ waiting area/ reception desk and helpful reception, the sample lock tables and merchandise for sale, the conference room/ photo area to celebrate our success and discuss our experience without concern that we'd spoil it for those in the waiting area, and the fact that there is the option for two rooms to compete against each other in identical rooms, Epic Escape Room has so much to offer for individuals and groups alike looking to experience this fun new adventure. Congrats on a job well done. I hope to return soon!
