I work for a property management company that has multiple office buildings in Summerlin. Each year we do a series of holiday brunches for our tenants. In years past, we've had caterers who supplied pastries, cookies, etc., and beverages and had staff to do the serving. This year we decided to spend our [limited] budget on warm food and forego the serving staff. Michael Call of Call the Caterer was referred by a friend who has been at several events he catered and "his food was always good." He was able to offer a surprising array of options for our budget. Michael doesn't have staff to serve your guests, but sets up in such a way that guests can easily get whatever they need/want. What you get for your money: good food at a reasonable price. One fellow, standing in a building lobby, took one bite of the vegetable quiche and exclaimed, "Holy crap! This is GOOD!" And that pretty much summarizes the feedback we've had from our tenants. We've received rave reviews.
