It's you average Holiday Inn Express for most aspects. However, the elevators continually broke down. Usually not a big deal, but there are 16 floors. Had to make the hike multiple times. The manager blamed it on the city shutting off power, but everything else seemed to stay on. I get that this stuff happens, but maybe don't book people up on the 15th floor during rolling outages. Or kindly notify us of the issue ahead of time.
2nd issue is that the fire alarms repeatedly went off throughout my second night there. No fire. Elevators off. 15 floors down just to find out their system suck.
I won't be back.
