  • I am only giving one star because my sister found the dress she wanted here and looked beautiful. The customer service is SEVERELY lacking. Like non-existent actually. They were so rude that we were reluctant to even give them business. We had to deal with Denise today who was just SO excited to be at work. She rolled her eyes about a hundred times. Was so pissy about getting us a dressing room. Unfortunately we had the pleasure of checking out with her too. There was a tear in the lace on the dress that was picked and my mom asked if there was another one in the size or if it could be discount. How dare she have the nerve right? Another eyeroll... and "I guess I'll ask my manager". The manager wasn't any better. Then she practically threw the half crumbled receipt at my mom and tossed the dress up to her. Don't come here unless you want to be laughing on the way out of how atrocious people can be. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Would definitely recommended some customer service courses for the employees at this horrendous establishment!!!
