  • Great location and I am so glad they upgraded their internet. The last time I was here it was so awful I went to Starbucks to use my work email. Front desk staff during the day is very good. The concierge lounge has a nice variety in the morning but plan to be there before 8:45 because after that you will be rushed by the young lady manning it. She is nice but wants to have the food up and the place clean by 9:01. Every morning felt rushed and the fruit is never replenished. The evening service at the lounge is non-existent and horrible. Never seemed to be cleaned, dirty plates and rude service. Attendant has terrible attitude, needs a new job. Housekeeping is good except for the plates which don't get picked up for some reasons whether from room service or the lounge. Sometimes they would be there overnight. Yuck!!! It does need updating but the location can't be beat.
