  • My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend (9/22/16-9/25/16) and we enjoyed our stay. We were skeptical after reading some reviews but compared to other hotels on the strip this with closest in our price range (and I did not want to stay at Bally's again.) We arrived to the lobby around 2 PM and waited about 15 minutes, not bad compared to some other reviews. The only thing that got me a bit irritated was the woman checking us in proceeded to tell us our room was ready then began telling me it was not ready and they didn't have any Grank King rooms with a strip view available, I asked her how long she would approximately take for us to be in our room, she proceeded to tell me it could be anywhere from an hour to three hours, which got my pretty frustrated after driving from Ventura county all day. It was close to 3 by the time we had our room keys and our bags with the bell check and I received an email from the hotel around 4:45 that the room was ready. As soon as we got to the room I was pleasantly surprised, we had an awesome view and the room was spacious and clean. I mean of course there is wear and tear but it's Vegas, and my boyfriend and I are not the complaining type. We had a great time and the beds were super comfortable, I would stay here again for sure.
