  • Good Hair, Mediocre Service The salon was well designed, cleanly, and just plain cute! They make it very easy to choose a style and it turned out great! However, the customer service was quite disappointing. When booking the appointment, the receptionist was impatient and rude. On the day of the appointment, the stylists as well as receptionist seemed annoyed throughout the entire process. The wash was brief, the stylist was unresponsive and didn't say a word the entire style, and they sat my friend and I on opposite sides of the room, so I was forced to sit in uncomfortable silence for the entire hour. I'd recommend this only to those looking to get their hair done alone, and not for anyone who wants a great salon experience.
