  • I had to wait about 6 weeks for a consultation. Although in their defense, they did call me twice when they had cancellations, it just didn't coordinate well with my schedule. Upon walking in to their office, I was shocked but in a great way. Their office is so modern, clean and fancy! Up to date iMac for check in. Seriously - The staff could not have been any friendlier! I mean GENUINELY FRIENDLY! All of the staff that I encountered was kind and interested In making sure that I was okay and that I had everything that I needed. Candie explained that day's appointment to me and gave me a realistic expectation on how long the wait to see Dr. Robinson would be. She was spot on for the waiting time and he came in to the room having reviewed my pictures and x-rays. He was very personable and provided me with realistic expectations on the outcome of braces for me. He was not pushy at all. I walked out of there feeling fully informed on the time line for treatment, payment options and hardware options for braces. If you're in Mint Hill and need braces - give them a try! I'm certain that you won't be disappointed!
