  • Doesn't get permission to post pictures of my minor child on her site. Further, deletes negative reviews from her Facebook page. Overcharges, and uses a ton of photoshop. Further, never got pictures I paid for, she gave them to my ex because they're friends and I never got a copy. Buyer beware, any pics you have taken will be published on her Facebook page without warning and she will not take them down regardless of your requests. I have a bunch of myself and minor child she will not take down. In my particular line of work, this kind of public exposure could put myself and my child at risk. I'm looking at legal options, but they're surprisingly very limited in this area. Surprising how much more rights are given to the person who owns the photography, rather than the person's image in the photograph. Stay away, good luck and make sure you have it in writing your image won't be used indefinitely on a public website to advertise her business resulting in your privacy being violated to further her business growth.
