| - Hubby and I just celebrated 7 years of marriage yesterday. My how time flies by. When we met we were crazy college kids, now we are out in the world becoming professionals. A business man and a social worker, some would call it two worlds colliding but we share the roots of the same tree.
And that's what it's about.
When we married we were so broke. We had a small wedding, no crazy bling to flash in other women's faces, we kept it simple. I was never the girl who dreamed of my wedding day. For a few years we really struggled.
I look back on those memories with such fondness.
Seven years later flash to a restaurant table at Graze, us in our early thirties, A Malaysian guy and a White girl sharing warm jalapeno cheddar bread with garlic butter, hubby asking me what a Mojito tastes like - and chuckling at ourselves.
Graze offered up a casual, comfortable way to begin lucky 7. I had the pub burger with fries, hubby the grilled steak - both were fabulous. We even got to sit near the chef himself, Tory Miller, and some of his loved ones who were eating there.
I first learned about Graze on Wisconsin Foodie. It lived up to the expectation.
