  • Contacted Sure Temp to get service and they were prompt to get me in the next week. Tom did a great job of explaining all the items that they were looking at what was going on with the unit and a brief understanding of how the unit works and what to look for. I was very impressed and appreciated that when he turned the unit on and the fan wasn't working he brought me out to see the problem before starting the work. Really put me at ease and showed me the issues with the fan and why it was happening. He showed me what the readings should of been and what my "issue part" was showing (and that there was stuff coming out of it), then showed me what the readings where on the new part. Great service and patience to explain the process and answering my questions. Thanks Tom!!!!
