| - The facility was nice for the kids, however, our first experience there included the inconvenience of lack of inventory. They were out of the correct sock size for my daughter. At first I thought it was ok because I always bring "back up" gripper socks. However, I was told by the cashier that we could not wear outside socks but bare feet were ok. I explained I understand their policy but, they do not have the proper size, so why should we suffer without socks when I have a perfectly good pair? When I asked for the manager, another cashier came over claiming to be the manager and restated the policy. Although, my husband nor I, could find this rule in the terms and agreement stated on their website.
I realize that people like to jump at trampoline parks without socks but that is not an option for our family, due to hygiene, or lack there of. For the kids sake, we ended using a smaller pair of socks which constantly needed readjustment. Just a tip to Xplozone, if there's an issue, and you're at fault (due to lack of inventory ...etc) then you should try to make the customer happy.
Because of their policy, we have chosen to visit the other trampoline parks who don't bother with petty rules over gripper socks. In fact, we are currently enjoying a wonderful family outing at Flipnout Extreme, where they take care of police officers and don't care about the socks. Smh. Btw, yes, I'm going to write a positive review for them right now:)
