Just had my massage using a groupon. I was excited when my therapist mentioned stretching, but then came to find her stretching was more of range of motion. For a stretch to be helpful you have to hold the position for a little bit of time instead of asking "is that ok "and then immediately putting that part of my body back on the table. Her touch was very fast and everything felt rushed. I much prefer a smooth and slow stroke with meaning/intent behind it. For being a hot stone the stones were only used quickly over an area for probably a minute or less. And while the place is cute in decoration I feel bad for the therapist because the rooms are tiny and no sink in the treatment rooms for cleaning or washing hands. Lastly, and I'm more upset about this than anything was I added on a coconut oil scalp massage and their price listed was $30 but when checking out I was charged $35. When I questioned the price my therapist who checked me out just said "it says $35" no reasoning or anything. Through the groupon it was noted if you booked another service before leaving you would get 50% off and nothing was mentioned. I would have given this place another chance.
