  • I've been living here for a year and a half and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have had my car destroyed from their broken sprinkler system, maintenance is on their 4th try with fixing my ice maker and it still doesn't work. I also received a $135 rate increase on the renewal of my rent, (nice the way they treat their existing customers.) They seem to never want to take responsibility of their errors down to adding, then removing, then adding back a name on my lease. I have received harassing calls and threatening calls from the staff because I choose to pay with money order. Let me add, I was early paying my rent also. They have been rude and disrespectful, and to this day, I am not sure why, yet they won't release me from my lease without a payment exceeding $4000. They really make me feel Uncomfortable and trapped. I wish I had never signed the lease ever.
