Great studio! My first class was with the owner and she is very friendly! After that, I've had about four different instructors.
Bikram is intense. Put some water bottles and coconut water in the freezer before you go! Try your best and just take a knee if it's too much. Try to stay in the studio for the whole 90 minutes.
I can do about 75% of the poses. The more you do bikram, the more beneficial for the body! Plus, I sleep better, too!
