  • My experience at this office has been a total DISASTER. Do not go here under any circumstances. I came in twice and both times they could not find my insurance information because they simply used my not current insurance card despite just having to ask for my name. This was absolutely ridiculous. The first time they told me my insurance wasn't active (it was), and I made an hour trip for nothing. The second time I had to call myself to get this handled and then they told me they would have to reschedule because THEY screwed up. This messed up my entire schedule and only after getting annoyed about this whole situation did they take any action whatsoever, still religious me it was going to be a long wait despite being on time to my appointment. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and ridiculous.
