  • Our water heater went out on a Sunday evening of course. Called first thing Monday morning, got a voicemail as it was a national holiday. Within two minutes received a call back from them. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the problem we were experiencing but referred us to another company that would. Even though they were unable to help us with our particular issue the politeness promptness and interest in our problem was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend Pipe Dreams based on that alone.
