  • We took my boyfriends car here for an oil change and to ask them about a tire that has a slow leak in it. They said there was nothing wrong with the tire and they did a tire rotation.... well, that's pretty f**king interesting because that same tire keeps leaking slowly. I know it's the same tire and they DID NOT rotate them, because I put ONE chrome cap on the front left tire (where it still is) and I put black ones on the rest of the tires but the back right tire had a white dot on it.... and it's still there. So, did they rotate the tires and move the caps around too? I'm not a f**king idiot. I took it to Discount Tire, stood there & watched them as they looked at the tire and found a nail in it. Good job, lazy ass people at Ted Wiens. Not only that, but the car sounds like shit now. Did you guys even change the damn oil? It runs like hell now too... I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't actually change the oil or use the upgraded sh*t we paid for. We should have listened to all the negative reviews. Clearly, it was our mistake thinking these lazy jerkoffs would actually do their job.
