| - Come on! This is a joke. Haven Homes, look at your reviews. Get your act together. You're a business. You're in it for money, right? Well, no business can be afloat that long with terrible Customer Service in this day and age.
So, I called about 8 days ago because I was interested in a property. They said an agent will get back to me. I've called 3 times since... no agent call. So, I ask about a different property I saw. They said it's the same agent, so I probably won't get a call back on that. I'm like... WHAT!? I wait a few more days. i call about a 3rd property worth about 2k. I'm begging them to take my money. What do they say? Oh, an agent will give you a call back. I ask to speak to a supervisor. They say I can't speak to a supervisor. I'm like... wtf? And seriously, I'm a nice guy, professional, wasn't rude to them once.
Why don't you guys want my money? After reading the reviews below, it's actually quite pathetic. My condolences to those of you who are renting from Haven Homes. By the way, read your tenant rights in your state. There's no reason you should be waiting over a month to get something fixed.
