  • After my initial review, the owner of the establishment, Dave, actually reached out and was very apologetic for my experience. I was really surprised to get such quick feedback. I really appreciate my complaint was taken seriously and Dave worked to resolve the issue. It shows that all customers are truly valued. He even sent a package of yummy treats! My aunt will be very pleased! Thanks so much! The next time we're in Hudson we will definitely stop by for a purchase.
