  • Walked in at 9:30 AM, employee hardly looked at me, instead she turned her back to continue working on a customer. Finally five minutes later, she turned around and looked surprised I was still there. She mumbled something like, "it'll be awhile." I left. A greeting and acknowledgement would have helped. Too bad the company hires people who could care less about losing business. I'll take my $$ elsewhere.
