I don't even know where to start. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and as most owners know now, they are all lemons. My transmission and ABS constantly cut out while driving (I broke down inside the liberty tunnel!!), had it in the service department for leaking engine oil 3 times and they kept telling me it was fine. I finally had to point out the leak myself before they agreed and ordered the part to fix it. I left numerous messages to the service manager Mike who has to this day never returned my call. Justin treated me like I was just some dumb female who would be jerked around. By 12/15 I had enough and took it back to get out of my lease...great job sales guy for taking my phone number off the paperwork and using it to text me to ask me out!! Wow. purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in December and was notified last week they gave me the wrong car...it took 4 months for them to realize and they (VP sales Sean) treated me like it was my fault and I was inconveniencing him. I asked to see the actual car I signed for which they never showed me. For all I know they gave me a car with less specs than I am paying for although they say they are the same exact car. Will never go back to the service department, nor will I ever buy another car from them.
