  • The bagels and food are very good!! The service is hit or miss. Some are great and some are terrible. Ordering behind the deli or bakery is a nightmare. The girl at the register will stand there doing nothing and not help with bakery while the guys behind are busting their butts. It's really ridiculous. The manager should sit down with their staff and discuss team work.
