After numerous research and test driving and visiting dealerships for 4 weeks, I truly understand why people dread the car buying experience. The sales pressure and negotiations are not for the faint of heart. Fast forward to Friday, 6/9/2017.
Just bought a Santa Fe on 6/9/2017. From the first time, I entered Larry H Miller Hyundai Peoria for a test drive the day before to driving away with my new ride Friday evening. I had a very pleasant experience overall. Thursday, I test drove with Donald was awesome, did not feel any sales price and he took the time to explain the features of the Tucson and the Santa Fe. I got the feeling he genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction and their experience with Larry H Miller.
Friday I went to purchase the car and Alex Tolentino had to take over for Donald due to a family emergency. I received the same great level of customer service and more from Alex. He was patient with all the questions I had and took the time to explain things to me in detail. Alex surprised me with a nice big red bow on my new car which was a really nice touch to symbolize a give to myself! He stayed passed 9 pm to have a walkthrough of all the features in my car and offered to be available whenever I need help with all the bells and whistles the car has. During signing the papers, D'shon Warren was very professional and it was a straight forward process. Throughout the process, the sales managers stopped by to introduce themselves and ensure I am aware they are available for assistance, the receptionist was very friendly (sorry don't recall her name). The vibe from the employees is very joyful and fun. I get the feeling they really enjoy their work and it shows with how they greet incoming customers and handle themselves. Always have a smile on their face.
I want to especially acknowledge Alex Tolentino - he is awesome! Very knowledgeable about the Hyundai products, services, and offerings. He stands behind his company's product and a walking manual for Hyundai. He was attentive and genuine.
Thank you Alex!
