Hands-down the best happy hour in the city. We go every other Thursday for fresh oysters, amazing burgers ($2.95, WHAT?), seafood stew, garlic mussels to die for, crusty sourdough bread, and a gorgeous, classy bar with a fair selection of beers on tap. We totally pig out and the bill is always like $40. The frequent diner points card lets you rack up the credits and use them over on the expensive side for a special occasion. Seriously, this is an insane deal and a marvelous location.
