  • Originally, this company was great. They communicated promptly, installed a fence for a fair price. But later, when we needed simple parts to cap the holes after removing the fence (they did not supply these originally) they were just terrible. Three calls to their office and all three times we were promised the product we need next day. All three times, we were not contacted back and not provided the product. This is after spending more than $1,000 on a product with a lifetime guarantee. In addition, calls to the fence/gate manufacture said they dropped Aqua-Safe so good luck getting any warranty service on your products. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a professional and you value your time.
