  • Dicks is terrible, their customer service is way below what is expected from one of the biggest retailers in the country. I went in to buy my son baseball pants ahead of his first game. They didn't have any in his size of the ones the team required so I was told to order online and use the expedited shipping and they would be here in time. The day they were supposed to arrive I got an email telling me that they wouldn't be there until 4 days later. I then called customer service and they offer to pay me back for the expedited shipping. They thought that not charging me for something that I didn't get was service recovery. Unreal, I won't be back.
