  • The girl in the drive through didn't acknowledge me in any way..except to tell me how much I owe. The store was playing rap music inside (the drive through window was open) Gave me my coffee and nothing else. I wanted a napkin so when she saw me she stared as if to say "what else?" Without actually saying anything to me. The one star is for the delicious coffee only. Worst customer service ever at a SB.
