| - It's been 2 years today since Dr Tamir did my rhinoplasty surgery. He said it takes about 2 years for your new nose to settle in. Immediately following my surgery, my splint was embedded in my nose. I clearly showed him it was embedded in my nose, and he removed it. I now have a large scar, that he said he can do nothing about. Secondly, my nasal passages are collapsed now, and I cannot breath through my nose and I have to wear a nose strip every night in order to sleep. He told me to go see an ENT doctor to address this issue. Third, I have an exposed stitch inside my nose in the cartilage that hurts and gets infected with a lot of pus every 2 weeks. I use mupirocin 2 times a day to try to prevent mrsa infections, but it doesn't help much. I have had multiple visits to my ENT doctor and he told me I need to look for a surgeon that specializes in reconstructive surgery. My nose now looks like I ran into a wall and has no rounded contour at all. I know you take risks with elective surgeries, but I had no idea I would have to live with these type of issues, with no help from Dr Tamir. Make sure you do your research and know the risks you are taking. Am I a happy customer of Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery? Absolutely not. I wanted to come back to my thread in just a 2 week time frame and change my review to 10 Stars!! When I posted my comments 2 weeks ago, I was at 2 years of frustration. I had addressed my concerns early on with Dr. Tamir, but never re-visited them with Dr. Tamir, which was unfair to him. I did not know these were issues that Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa could revise.
He and his office administrator both called me, and we very kind and really wanted to help me. They got me appointed for a consult in less than a week and also rearranged their surgery schedule to get me scheduled for surgery 3 days later!! I can still start my new job on time! Now that's stellar service!! I just had surgery today, and their surgical facility is state of the art and has its own fantastic team, who took great care of me today! I can already see a dramatic difference and I can breath a little better.
I really underestimated the Mosharrafa team.There are not many fantastic customer service experiences these days, as we all know, but they are definitely on top of it!! Im so excited to say the least, and will, without a doubt, refer my family, friends, and patients to the Mosharrafa team! Thank you guys, you definitely out did yourselves! Pics to come.....
