It was a good buying experience. Sales women was very helpful. Only thing that we were not happy about was having to detail our own car after getting back from their detail because the headliner and seats were still marked up and not cleaned like requested. I think it's important the car car is actually clean when your customer buys it from a car dealer. Especially since we had to fork over more money to get my car detailed. On top of that I did the inspection in front of the sales women and I had to wait longer because nothing was checked at all and the vehicle was disgusting to even check out. But it seemed good mechanical wise and purchased it because of that.
Just contacted: was told I have to take more time out of my day to drop it off to service on the complete opposite side of town just for them to do what I initially requested to do! Checking the filters and the vehicle takes 5 minutes!!!!! This is pure stupidity on the reason why I need to take it back!!!
