  • So sad that you use a "wrong mailing address" as your go to excuse. I have not moved in 10 years and received the reminder cards from your office. This is the same excuse given to a friend with an eerily similar experience. Ashley, you were one that called and said you would call back...what is the excuse for your lack of call back; obviously common courtesy is not that important. At this point, I no longer expect anything from your office as you had plenty of time to rectify the situation but did not feel it was a priority until I posted the review.
