  • Purchased a couch from this store on 5-12-17, promised it would be ready on 5-27-17. When it never showed up, they didn't bother calling. I called twice in the week since, each time I was told it would be there "any day now". When I requested a supervisor call me, it took 24 hours before "Renee" called me from the main office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA on 6-3-17. He said it will be ready tomorrow for pickup and that even though my receipt said "WILL be ready on 5-27", that isn't a guarantee. I told them I was not happy with being lied to regarding when it would be ready, he replied, "What do you want? We're not going to pay you for your time and we aren't going to deliver it to you." Do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Horrible customer service and they lie from beginning to end of transaction.
