  • Ah, I was so mad leaving here a few weeks back. I came in to get my ring (that my parents got for a few years back) cleaned and to look at stackable rings. I came in with a friend and even though I was talking to him, he kept looking at my friend for confirmation. My friend finally said, "she's the one with the ring and looking." He took my ring to look at and the first thing is said was, "ready for an upgrade?" Uhm, excuse me? A gift my parents got me, that is special to me, and you suggest I get a new one. Next... I have gone to multiple Kay Jewelers (3 different ones) with no issues getting it sent in to get cleaned. He laughs and tells me the insurance wasn't bought on it and he can't send it in, even though he also said my diamonds are loose. But he can't do anything about it. He asked after if I still wanted to look at stackables. No thanks, give me my ring back and I will never come back. What a great sales guy.
